They sent a new one out but actually sent a small. First off, who sends a pizza, no cheese and second, why was I penalized for your mistake, and sent a small to replace my large? - 1 / 5By Kiara StringerTerrible customer service. We walked in and had 3 different people look up at us then go back to what they were doing without greeting us or anything. Then bluntly asked for a tip. We then had to go back in and get our extra sauces that we paid for, and again we had a lady at the front counter ignore us. An employee saw us FROM THE BACK and came to help us. Wish i could have gotten his name, he was the only helpful and friendly one. Everyone else acted as if we were an inconvenienceJuly 08, 2016
